Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Respawn Social (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility — 18 and Up Only

The Service is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

We do not perform age verification. Respawn Social relies entirely on your representation that you meet this age requirement. If we become aware, or have reasonable belief, that an account belongs to someone under 18, that account will be removed under Section 5 below.

3. Your Account

Respawn Social is built to work without your real name or a photo — you're identified by a gamertag you choose. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. An optional Steam account link is used only to grant you a Verified badge and is never displayed publicly.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post — your profile, posts, wall comments, and messages. By posting, you grant Respawn Social a license to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service. You're solely responsible for what you post, and it must not violate Section 5 below or any applicable law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

• Harass, threaten, or bully another user
• Post hate speech or content that attacks someone based on a protected characteristic
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Post spam, scams, or fraudulent content
• Post illegal content of any kind
• Use the Service if you are under 18
• Attempt to circumvent a suspension, ban, or block

6. Reporting & Moderation

Respawn Social provides in-product tools to report users, posts, comments, and messages, as well as to report bugs. Reports are reviewed at our discretion; we are not obligated to take any specific action on a given report, or to disclose the outcome of our review to the reporting user.

7. Suspension & Termination

Respawn Social reserves the right to suspend, ban, or otherwise remove your access to the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of these Terms, conduct we determine (in our sole discretion) to be harmful to the community or the Service, or any other basis we deem appropriate. There is no guarantee of continued access to the Service for any user.

8. Appeals

If your access has been suspended or removed, you may submit an appeal to request review. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement. All appeal decisions — including whether to reinstate an account, in whole or in part — are made at Respawn Social's sole discretion and are final.

9. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Respawn Social is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
